Description
The Accountant and Financial Analyst will support general accounting functions for Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. and other Pioneer subsidiaries. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Post, manage, track, and record daily cash activity Process daily cash disbursements and receipts Post daily journal entries Manage and track intercompany loans Invest excess cash in time deposits Perform daily cash application and posting Maintain a detailed cash-flow activity workbook Execute intercompany billing and accounting Manage monthly sales-incentive accounting and accruals Complete assigned month-end close procedures Record warehouse, healthcare, rent, flooring, and other accruals Support 401(k) and pension-plan administration, including annual audits Administer insurance-related processes with Marsh Insurance consultants and the PUSA VP Treasurer Monitor and process monthly insurance billings Coordinate financial reporting and accounting activity with management, subsidiaries, sales staff, and affiliated companies 9. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Three to six years of financial analysis and reporting experience involving planning and operational analysis Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounting disciplines Strong accounting, analytical, and reporting skills Broad business perspective Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Computer applications aptitude Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities Ability to coordinate with different levels of management Detail-oriented and self-directed working style Strong problem-solving, mathematical, interpersonal, and time-management skills Ability to make recommendations and prioritize work effectiv

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
