You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding * Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility * Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff * Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy * Follow individualized care plans and established facility policies and procedures * Accurately document care provided and resident observations * Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas * Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs * Assist with maintaining a comfortable and safe environment * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team * Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered culture Qualifications * Active California CNA certification required * Current CPR certification preferred * Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care * Ability to follow instructions and prioritize resident needs * Commitment to providing exceptional quality care Apply Today!
