Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred in commercial mechanical and plumbing projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Position Responsibilities
Perform file clean-up, title block and viewport setup
Compile files for composite coordination
Tagging and dimensioning of models and drawings
Detail sections of mechanical and plumbing models
Produce drawings and details that comply with design criteria, contract requirements, and applicable codes
Coordinate mechanical and plumbing models with other trade professionals
Maintain a strong safety mindset and promote safe work practices, particularly when on construction sites
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings as they relate to MEP installations
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Familiarity with applicable plumbing and mechanical codes, as well as safety regulations
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
