Server – Reunion Ktchn Bar (Aventura)
Earn about $38/hr on average (typical range $34–$42/hr with tips).
Reunion Ktchn Bar (18167 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura) is a busy, chef-driven restaurant that shares its floor with XINO Modern Chinese and the Blind Tiger sushi bar. Guests come for great food, wine and cocktails and a team that knows the menu cold. We are looking for experienced servers who love hospitality and want to grow with a professional team.
What you will do
- Guide guests through our Reunion, XINO and Blind Tiger menus and recommend wine, sake and cocktail pairings
- Take accurate orders on our POS (Tabit) and pace each table with the kitchen
- Suggest specials and premium items with confidence
- Work as one team with runners, bussers, bar and hosts; keep your section clean and organized
- Handle payments accurately and follow our service standards
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of serving in full-service, upscale or high-volume restaurants (required)
- Good wine and cocktail knowledge; sushi and sake knowledge is a plus
- Available nights, weekends and holidays
- Clear English (Spanish is a plus)
- Florida Food Handler and Responsible Vendor (alcohol) certificates, or willing to complete them in your first week (we provide the online courses)
- Reliable transportation to Aventura
How pay works
$11.98/hr base plus tips, paid through payroll under our written tip policy. The $34–$42/hr range is what our servers actually earned in the last month (base + tips).
