Resumen del trabajo: Apoya al gerente general en todos los aspectos de las operaciones del restaurante
incluyendo, pero no limitado a, programación, reclutamiento, gestión de inventario, informes diarios,
procesos financieros, haciendo cumplir los procedimientos de seguridad y saneamiento, así como las políticas de la empresa y
Expectativas. Los subgerentes lideran el desarrollo de los futuros gerentes y entrenadores del equipo
para asegurarse de que todos los huéspedes que eligen Culver's se vayan felices.
Funciones esenciales:
• Apoya al Gerente General en todas las áreas de operación.
• Ejecuta turnos de manera efectiva asegurando un producto de calidad y un servicio rápido.
• Monitorea y entrena constantemente al equipo sobre las mejores prácticas de seguridad y saneamiento.
• Supervisa el control de las porciones y entrena activamente para reducir el desperdicio de alimentos.
• Mantiene constantemente la excelencia en las relaciones con los huéspedes e incluye un seguimiento rápido de los comentarios o inquietudes de los huéspedes.
• Entrenar y desarrollar activamente a los miembros del equipo para nuevas estaciones.
• Liderar con el ejemplo, actuar con integridad y demostrar un modelo positivo y eficaz.
• Realizar recorridos por restaurantes, procedimientos de apertura y cierre de manera efectiva.
• Garantiza que el equipo se mantenga y repare de manera efectiva.
• Hacer cumplir las expectativas de falta de forma e higiene.
• Reclutar y contratar nuevos miembros del equipo.
• Documentar los incidentes de los miembros del equipo de manera adecuada y rápida.
• Redactar un cronograma para cumplir con las expectativas laborales basadas en las proyecciones de ventas.
• Ejecutar, cambiar y modificar la implementación para cumplir con los objetivos laborales y romper las expectativas.
• Completar el proceso de inventario e investigar la variación de los alimentos para oportunidades de mejora.
• Asumir la responsabilidad de las relaciones comunitarias.
Habilidades y destrezas:

• Levantar/Transportar 10 libras constantemente
• Levantar/Transportar 50 libras de vez en cuando
