Description:
United Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dedicated Clinical Manager to lead our Young Adult Services (YAS) Program, a community-based program serving young adults ages 18-25 with diagnosed mental illness. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the clinical and case management components of the program while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating with others to make a meaningful difference.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Minimum Requirements:
Salary Range: $76,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Benefits Package:
*Benefits will be pro-rated for eligible part-time positions
Work Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face-support to build trust, this position requires employees to be fully present in the community and in the office.
