07/20/2026805 N Beckley Ave, Dallas, Texas, 75203-1612, United States of AmericaDaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Locations include: Lake Cliff, Lower Greenville, UT Southwestern Dallas, Dallas East, UT Southwestern Oakcliff, Central Dallas, Brookriver, Lancaster Dialysis
Must have Monday-Saturday availability and be able to work between the hours of 3:15AM and 9AM (3 twelve hour shifts per week). Reliable transportation is a must to travel to other clinics as needed. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and work with blood and needles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
