Summary
SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING & CHANGE CONTROL COORDINATOR
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Partners with BI&A and vector planners to track and deliver ongoing work on the automation project of vector run-out charts
• Supports and help facilitate vector huddle and site supply chain meetings
• Analyzes and assesses current vector planning processes, identify areas of opportunities for standardization and/or automation
1. Drives alignment and execution of improvements
2. Assist implementation of on-going projects including system enhancements for planning and supply tracking
• Supports Supply Chain Product leads in the creation, assessment and coordination of PIRFs/CTM requests
• Tracks and provides updates on key milestones and deliverables for projects assigned
• Change Controls:
1. Works with SCPLs to lead change records from initiation to closing for supply chain driven changes
2. Leads Change control assessments, generates change actions and tracks them to completion for required change controls
3. Perform supply chain assessment for labeling change controls
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the Biopharma space
• 5+ years in Planning
• Project Management experience
• MS Office 365, specially excel expertise
• Experience in continuous improvement in planning
