Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler responsible for the precise assembly of harnesses using hand tools, boxing and packaging products post-assembly, and interpreting blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly directions. The role requires measuring products to client specifications and performing light wiring as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble harnesses using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
• Box and package products after assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to follow assembly directions.
• Use measuring tapes to ensure all products meet client specifications.
• Perform light wiring tasks as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools like wrenches.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
• Skillful in using measuring tapes for precision.
• Basic wiring knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, and drilling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
