Why Hi-Pointe Drive-In?
At Hi-Pointe Drive-In, we're chef-driven and people-first. That means we care just as much about the people who work here as we do the food we serve. Every burger, sandwich, shake, and salad is crafted with quality ingredients and creativity, but it's our team that truly makes the experience unforgettable.
Being people-first means investing in our employees. We believe in creating an environment where you're respected, supported, and given the tools to grow. Whether you're looking for your first restaurant job or building a long-term career in hospitality, we provide training, mentorship, and real opportunities to advance.
We're a growing company with six locations and are continuing to expand. We believe in promoting from within, giving team members the chance to learn new positions, take on leadership roles, and increase their earning potential as they grow with us.
No two days are the same. Some weeks are slower, while convention and event seasons can be fast-paced and exciting. We succeed by working together, jumping in where we're needed, and always putting our guests first.
If you're someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for taking care of people, you'll fit right in. We're looking for team members who take initiative, enjoy working with the public, and want to be part of a company that's growing—and wants them to grow with it.
Join Hi-Pointe Drive-In and become part of a team that's committed to great food, great people, and building something special together.
