Landscape ProfessionalReports To: Site Supervisor POSITION SUMMARY: Winrock Town Center, featuring a two-acre park with a waterfall and large pond, is designed to be a horticultural showcase. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable individual with commercial landscaping experience to help maintain this exceptional property and contribute to its welcoming, well-kept environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NOTE: Goodman Realty Group may unilaterally change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following.Become an important member of our landscaping crew.Install, maintain, and repair irrigation.Install, maintain, and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.Trim trees and bushes.Knowledge of construction is a plus.Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.Performs other duties as assigned.Schedule may vary, and you should be available to work weekends.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
