Job description
We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Physician Assistant for a 132-day assignment in Illinois. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), including one weekend of in-house rounding per month. You will focus on rounding on inpatients and performing procedures such as removing pericardial drains and temporary transvenous pacemakers.
Responsibilities and Duties

Additional Information
- EMR: Epic
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Schedule: Out of House Call
- Patients per day: 12-15
- LOA: 132 Days
- Staffing Mix: 10 DRS, RN support from the clinic for discharge communication, otherwise hospital RNs
