Location: Oakes KIA | North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Saturday with a Rotating Day Off
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

About the Role

The Service Porter plays an important role in creating a smooth, efficient experience for both customers and the service team.
You'll assist with moving vehicles, supporting Service Advisors and Technicians, maintaining the service drive, and ensuring the department operates safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Safely move customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service department and dealership property.

• Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Service Manager with daily operational tasks to keep the department running efficiently.

• Operate the customer shuttle when needed while providing friendly and professional customer service.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and customer vehicle staging locations.

• Support the service team by retrieving vehicles, assisting with vehicle flow, and completing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a standard background check

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
