Position OverviewAre you interested in working with children while building valuable experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.Behavior Technicians provide direct, individualized support to children receiving ABA services. Working under the guidance of a clinical team, technicians help implement treatment programs designed to strengthen communication, social interaction, adaptive functioning, and independence while supporting the reduction of behaviors that may interfere with daily life.Services are provided primarily in clients' homes and community environments based on individual treatment needs.The typical service window is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with scheduling determined by client needs and employee availability.Hourly Compensation: $20–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants may be eligible for additional compensation.Your RoleAs a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients and become an important member of their treatment team.
