Overview
We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing automation manufacturing team. Openings are available across multiple departments with both 1st and 2nd shift options.
In this role, you will build and assemble precision components used in medical, agricultural, and government equipment. The work is hands-on, detail-driven, and offers variety in a clean, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components across departments including Magnet Assembly, Gear Motors, Medical Devices, and Electronics
- Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete assemblies accurately
- Use hand tools (calipers, micrometers) and power tools for assembly and adjustments
- Work with both mechanical and electronic components
- Perform sub-assembly and final assembly tasks with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation while following all safety procedures
- Wear required PPE (including gloves) during assembly processes
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, repair, or technical assembly experience translates well)
- Ability to stay focused and work independently throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with soldering or light electrical assembly
- Experience with mechanical repair or troubleshooting
- Familiarity with sub-assembly processes in manufacturing environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
