Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy is looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Lead Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom!

What We’re Looking For:
- A love for working with young children
- A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- The ability to create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences
- A commitment to children’s safety, development, and success
- Previous childcare or preschool teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
- Building positive relationships with families and fellow teachers
