Registered Nurse (RN) Centennial Post Acute - Anchorage, AK Pay: $43.41-$52.45 per hour Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend $1,650 per month in employer-paid health insurance! Your Role: * Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. * Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. * Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care. * Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met.
