Our client, a Florida law firm specializing in family law, has an opportunity for a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its outstanding team in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What You'll Do
- Manage family law cases with guidance from supervising attorneys as needed
- Prepare pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, and mediation and trial briefs
- Propound and respond to discovery, prepare meet-and-confer letters, and handle motions to compel
- Prepare deposition outlines and witness questions for evidentiary hearings and trial
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Strong drafting, organization, and client communication skills
- Comfort appearing in court and handling hearings
- A compassionate, professional approach to sensitive client matters
