What You’ll Do:

• Lead
  from the Front: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on with

  wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service).


• Manage
  Operations: Oversee the production line, maintain quality
  standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.

  training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow
  and succeed.


• Maintain
