THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL AID SPECIALISTAs an Experienced Financial Aid Specialist, you'll enjoy the stability of a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. It's a consistent schedule that allows you to fully immerse yourself in our supportive work environment.Your role revolves around providing comprehensive support to students and families navigating the financial aid process. You'll spend your days assisting with planning, preparing documentation for grants and loans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This includes conducting thorough file inspections, offering personalized guidance, and maintaining confidentiality. Your dedication to detail and commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals will define your success in this role. OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL AID SPECIALISTBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceComputer and data entry skillsAbility to multitask and coach othersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong work history with verifiable referencesPassion for the beauty industryHonesty and professionalismContracting experience is preferred.
