Cultivation Associate

The shift for this role is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Wednesday 7AM - 3:30PMGrowing medical and recreational cannabis manufacturers on the East Coast. This position is primarily responsible for providing care and support for plant cultivation in accordance with our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Your role in caring for our plants:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility including cleaning trays, containers, drainage systems, and fertigation systemsResponsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP's) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing dutiesParticipate in all the grow tasks including cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, sachet hanging, inventory management, day tank adjustments and sanitizing rooms for reset.Maintain up to date accurate data logs.Maintain a clean and organized work environmentpletes duties on time and willingness to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.Work closely with other grow team members and the Cultivation Department Head on a daily basis.Follow all building IPM protocols.Qualifications we ask you to have:For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.Additional skills which will help you excel in your role:Desire and ability to work as a member of a team.Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends and applicable holidays.
