Connect with current and prospective clients to address their insurance inquiries with care and accuracy.
Review existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and suggest meaningful improvements that protect what matters most to our clients.
Process policy changes, payments, and endorsements promptly to ensure a seamless experience for every individual.
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with community members in the Omaha area.
Collaborate with the team to reach our shared goals of providing exceptional protection and peace of mind.
Requirement
Active Nebraska Property and Casualty insurance license.
Solid experience in customer service or insurance sales.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail when managing policy documentation.
Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
Ability to empathize with clients and provide genuine, helpful solutions.
