skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Sales
experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs.

Responsibilities
• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver
outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by
repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology
in the industry.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting
electronics
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops,
gaming systems, and other electronic devices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus
(i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
