We are hiring an Accounting Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations/analysis in a timely manner to ensure accurate reporting.
• Reconcile, analyze and record donations received via credit cards.
• Record/amortize prepaid expenses.
• Reconcile country A/R.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in handling financial records across multiple entities.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
