Join a dedicated team of animal lovers at Crossroads Pet Resort! We're a well-established, well-respected boarding, daycare, training, and grooming facility — and we're looking for someone who's as passionate about animals as we are.



🐾 Pet Care Attendant


Do you light up around a wagging tail? Are you the kind of person who doesn't mind hard work, hot days, or a little dog hair on your clothes? We'd love to meet you!



What You'll Do:


• Feed, medicate, and exercise our boarded pets with care and consistency


• Keep kennels, runs, yards, and grounds clean, dry, and comfortable


• Supervise playgroups of up to 6 dogs, watching for behavior and body language to keep everyone safe


• Move dogs safely on leash and place them appropriately for their health and comfort


• Keep fresh water, clean bedding, and cage cards in place at all times


• Follow daily checklists and safety procedures for every shift


• Report any incidents right away and pitch in on other duties as needed


• Attend our Crossroads group class within your first 90 days



What Makes You a Great Fit:


• You love animals, especially dogs, and have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with them


• High school diploma, plus previous kennel or animal-care experience preferred


• A steady work history and excellent references


• Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and safety


• A team player who takes direction well and follows through on every task


• Comfortable with physical work — walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, hosing, and being on your feet outside


• Not afraid of hard work, hot days, or getting a little dirty for the pets you care about

Schedule: Must be available Monday–Friday as well as weekends and holidays as needed. Evening/weekend shifts typically run from about 1:45pm–9:00pm; day shifts typically run from about 6:45am–2:00pm.
