Associate Professional (AP)Empowering Young Women. Strengthening Families. Changing Lives.Dreams and Visions LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated professionals to join our team as Associate Professionals. We are looking for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference while growing professionally in the behavioral health and human services field.What You'll DoProvide guidance, support, and supervision to youth in a residential setting.Help create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and success.Build positive relationships with youth, families, and treatment team members.Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and treatment planning.Support youth in developing healthy coping skills, decision-making skills, and independent living skills.Respond appropriately to behavioral and emotional crises.Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of all youth in our care.Contribute to a team culture focused on respect, accountability, and empowerment.Why Join Dreams and Visions?Meaningful work that positively impacts lives every day.Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment.Opportunities for training and professional development.Gain valuable experience in behavioral health, mental health, and youth services.Opportunity for advancement within a growing organization.QualificationsPreferredBachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.Experience working with youth, adolescents, or families.Experience in residential, behavioral health, education, mentoring, or human services settings.Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or positive behavior supports.We Also Welcome Applicants Who:Have a passion for helping youth succeed.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.Are dependable, coachable, and willing to learn.Can remain calm and professional during challenging situations.ScheduleWe operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Team members should be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
