Job Description:
Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher; making changes to existing business processes, data views, user defined reports, BI custom prints, etc. Ability to identify configuration defects and make the necessary corrections and to assist application administrators with first level user support. Also responsible for maintaining existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the DFA Bureau of Buildings (BOB) project listing web pages. This engagement will have two primary objectives. First, to support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier and support the DFA business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management. Secondary but of equal importance, the creation of a new web application for DFA's existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier. Thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier, .NET Framework 4.0.0, ASP.NET (VB.NET), .NET Core 8 through 10, Windows Server versions 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL required. Drupal 10 and 11 CMS knowledge would be a plus, as ultimately Reservations will be accessed via the DFA website. The person selected will be expected to upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10. This will be a collaborative process requiring working closely with existing staff and other contractors, so communication, cross training, and flexibility in priorities and working with deadlines are required
