Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS117, P3, Band 6 Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Client Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs to deliver tailored solutions that drive business value. To do this, you will meet with the client and users to conduct interviews; write clear and effective acceptance criteria for development; write and execute test cases; and collaborate with developers on design and usability. - Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. - Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development. - Problem-Solving: Develop creative and efficient solutions to address client and user issues promptly. - Adaptability: Adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client needs and business environments. - Collaboration: Team player who works with team to streamline business processes and team efficiency. - Communication: respond promptly, accurately, and respectfully to client and user requests via emails and phone calls; and clearly communicate requirements to developers via phone, email, and chat. - Tools: - Use JIRA for ticket management to thoroughly document all service requests in a repeatable way to ensure consistent reporting to the client. - Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution - SharePoint - Outlook email boxes - Chat (MS Teams) - Videoconferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom) Training: -Develops and supports training team members and clients - Conduct research and analysis on project initiatives, conduct analytics across key project and business metrics. - Curate content and project repositories to support technical writing and internal proposal development. - Provide program management support to project and capture managers. - Work effectively within teams to gather, analyze, and present data findings, ensuring clear communication of recommendations to stakeholders. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. Computer Science, Business or related degree preferred. - Years of Required Work-Related Experience: 3-6 - U.S. Citizenship required. Due to federal requirements, this position requires the ability to pass a "public trust" government background investigation. - Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Word and PowerPoint. - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage project life cycles by contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation phases, while adhering to established timelines and quality standards. - Must be highly motivated, reliable self-starter and can be counted on to complete assignments with minimal oversight. - Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. - Must have good time management skills and ability to multi-task, able to adapt to new requirements and readjust as needed to complete an assignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
