At Epic Food and Beverage, we are taking fast casual and self-service to a new level with Gourmet Pizza, Beer and Frozen Yogurt. When you walk into one of our locations, you will find an inviting, laid-back, beach-themed environment where you can escape your daily routine. Every aspect of our guest experience is fully customizable, from building a perfect pizza or yogurt sundae to personally pouring the perfect amount of beer! Are you the Leader we're looking for?

Position Overview:
The Supervisor oversees all daily operational aspects of their assigned restaurant location and consistently delivers exceptional guest and employee experience while leading, training, and developing their team. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient daily and long-term operations, manage costs, increase sales, and support growth in the market.

Operational Objectives:


  • Review and Execute Operational Goals by Period, Quarter, and Year.
  • Review and adjust operations based on Location walk-throughs to review cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and Capital Expense issues.
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors, and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.
  • Foster and promote a positive, structured, accountable culture throughout the business.
  • Hold Quarterly in-store Training Meetings for your location.
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Monitor, address, and document Team Member performance through ongoing feedback, positive recognition, and training matrix growth.
  • Performs other duties/tasks and projects as assigned.

  • Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise, and temperature levels
  • Move and lift 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, and uneven or slick surfaces.
