Job Description

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping businesses save on payment processing costs by introducing our cutting-edge solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting needs analysis, identifying tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. You'll work independently, using resources like a provided business list, CRM tools, and ongoing mentorship to achieve your goals.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with commission and residual-only pay—there is no base salary. However, with unlimited earning potential and a proven success model, your efforts will directly determine your rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion: Introduce and sell payment processing solutions to businesses, highlighting cost savings and superior service.

Customer Support: Offer excellent client service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Needs Analysis & Consultation: Conduct free, no-obligation analyses to demonstrate potential savings for clients.

Relationship Building: Establish and grow relationships within your protected territory, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Immediate Earnings with Needs Analyses

Start earning from day one—no sales required! Earn $25 per person for the first 10 needs analyses you send in each month. After successfully submitting 10 analyses in a month, you'll receive a $250 bonus. For every additional analysis sent in that month, you'll earn $50 per person.

Weekly Commissions for Sales

Earn competitive commissions for every account you secure. Not only will you earn commissions for the main business account, but you'll also receive commissions for every one of the business's locations. This means your earning potential grows significantly with multi-location businesses.

Lifetime Residual Income

Earn 50% of the profits from the revenue each account you sign generates, across all their locations. Over time, as you grow with the company, your residual profit share percentage will increase, allowing you to take home an even greater portion of the revenue you bring in. This creates a sustainable and rewarding long-term income stream.

No Earning Limits

Your income potential grows as your efforts do, with no cap on how much you can earn.

Bonuses & Incentives

Earn $500 for 5 accounts in a month, $1,000 for 10 accounts, and additional performance-based bonuses as your team grows.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals ready to take control of their income and career. Ideal candidates will possess:

1–2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven success in sales or a related field is required.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently connect with clients, both remotely and in person.

Self-Motivation & Independence: A driven individual who thrives when working independently and managing their own schedule.

Comfort with Commission-Based Pay: Must be able to work under a commission and residual-only payment plan with no base salary.

Ability to Work as a 1099 Contractor: Must be comfortable operating as an Independent Contractor in a flexible, results-driven environment.
