Overview (Medical Device Assembler):
This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision.
• Maintain strict compliance and quality standards while following standardized procedures.
• Clearly communicate ideas, issues, and solutions with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all onsite safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support FDA traceability and address quality concerns.
• Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately.
• Handle and assemble small components under a microscope with precision.
• Be able to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed work.
• Perform repetitive hand motions such as grasping, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
