Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm,but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities•Applicant screening•Interviewing•Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement•Process Payroll•Counseling employees•Listening to and applying constructive criticismStaffing RecruiterQualificationsand Requirements•Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus•Great Customer Service•Awesome communication skills•Comfortable with computers.
