This is an entry-level, part-time position with an expected schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Summary
The Bakery Team Member plays a key role in supporting the efficient daily operations of the bakery. Responsibilities include assisting with baking a variety of menu items, frosting and decorating cakes, crafting cake orders, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role reflects NbC’s core values and requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
