Job description
Better Living is dedicated to improving the lives of families and individuals in our communities through compassionate, evidence-based interventions. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual for our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have experience working with families and children, we would love to hear from you.As a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner, you will provide, intensive, home-based services to families in crisis. You will work closely with families to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit. Your role will involve fostering positive family dynamics, enhancing parenting skills, and improving overall family functioning.Hours: Full-Time Hybrid position (from home, on location, and in office)Education: Bachelors degree requiredExperience: One year of experience working with children and families is required.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationConflict ResolutionMotivational InterviewingProblem SolvingTime managementAccuracy and timeliness with documentationsocial work, education, human services, psychology, sociology
