COMPENSATION: $14.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!
LOCATION: Lansing, MI
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours per week (Hours vary between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community grounds. This role involves ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents and visitors.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required for traveling between properties).
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving light debris.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the apartment community.
• Report large items to the bulk pick-up service for removal.
• Ensure walkways, common areas, and outdoor spaces remain clean and hazard-free.
• Travel to nearby properties as needed to assist with similar tasks.
• Follow company protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
