What You'll Do As an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (Electronic Test Monitor), you'll serve as the first point of contact for students participating in electronic testing sessions. You'll help ensure testing runs smoothly while maintaining a professional, organized, and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and checking in students for certification testing Assisting participants with computer logins and basic technical issues Monitoring testing sessions and ensuring compliance with testing procedures Preparing testing rooms before sessions and restoring them afterward Maintaining testing schedules, equipment, and classroom supplies Providing exceptional customer service while assisting students and instructors Communicating status updates and escalating issues when necessary Supporting instructors during classroom sessions by distributing materials and assisting students with computers and lab safety Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future Instructor opportunities when permanent positions become available.
