The Crystal L. Adams & Associates PLLC law firm is looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney who is a highly skilled, objective-oriented individual who utilizes a combination of practical experience in a collaborative environment to provide Firm clients with creative and cost-efficient solutions.

Must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Texas. Salary is dependent upon qualifications.

· Minimum 5 year of experience.

· The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.

· General comfort with technology and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

· The candidate must be able to work independently and professionally interact with staff, opposing counsel, and the courts.

· Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely & from our firm’s office

Responsibilities Include:

· Negotiating resolution of pending litigation, motion practice, review and drafting of pleadings/discovery, document execution, and other duties related to a high volume practice.

· Prepare and oversee drafting of pleadings, motions, notices, and written discovery

· Conduct fact investigations and inspections

· Attend case conferences, depositions, hearings, trials, mediations and arbitrations

· Attend sponsored firm events and business conferences on behalf of the firm.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year depending on experience.

TX Bar License (Required)
