Position Summary As a Direct Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of IQ Fiber in your assigned neighborhood — meeting residents door-to-door, at community events, and through outbound calling to introduce our service and close sales on the spot. *****Must be local to Gainesville, FL***** Compensation & Perks Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission :

• Qualifications and Skills Self-starter energy — you work well independently and as part of a team Sales experience (outside/D2D sales preferred) Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills A track record of hitting or beating sales goals Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license (company car provided) Comfort using a tablet and wireless equipment for order entry (company-issued) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a driver's license check and background check Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer full-time; we do not sponsor, transfer, or support employment visa status or work authorization extensions for any position Your First 30 Days You'll start with paid, in-house training covering our full sales process, objection handling, and competitor positioning — no telecom experience required, though it's a plus.
• New reps also get a fully compensated 30-day ramp period, so you're earning guaranteed pay while you learn the ropes, before your commission structure kicks in at full speed.
• Most new reps are closing sales in our neighborhoods within the first few weeks, with ongoing coaching and access to our sales playbook to help you win more deals faster.
