Account Representative – Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated, competitive and people-focused individual to join the Aaron Freitag State Farm Team as a full-time Account Representative.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment and wants an opportunity to grow professionally and financially.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Provide insurance quotes and recommendations
- Identify opportunities across Auto, Home, Life and Health
- Build relationships and ask for the business
- Follow established sales and follow-up processes
- Work toward clear daily and monthly performance goals

- Base compensation plus performance-based earning opportunities
- Insurance licensing required; qualified unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licensing
