Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Hollywood, FL | Neonatal ICU Specialist

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity, Level III and IV NICU setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Support patient management during all shifts, including day and night coverage
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology for comprehensive neonatal assessments
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans for critically ill neonates
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (FNP, PNP, or other certifications not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Preferred:
  • Experience with Level III and IV NICU patients
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
