  • Dedicated truck driver - JCPenney* *Average pay : * $1,240-$1,510 weekly *Home time : * Weekly *Experience : * All CDL holders Overview * Dry van trailer hauling clothing. * 25% drop-and-hook. * 2-5 loads per week with 2-5 stop-offs per load. * Daily pallet jack unloading of lightweight freight. * Drive within the Northeast, including New York City. Pay and bonus potential * Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. * Weekly performance pay. * $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
