Renaissance Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility providing quality care to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Our recently renovated, spacious 2-unit facility offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader to join a supportive and collaborative leadership team.
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager who is ready to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact every day.

YOUR ROLE
As an RN Unit Manager, you will play an important role in leading your assigned unit and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and supervisory leadership for your assigned unit
Monitor resident care and promote quality outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation
Communicate effectively with residents and families
Participate in care plan meetings
Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, social work, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 1 years of Long-Term Care experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent organizational and clinical skills
A genuine passion for resident-centered care
A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality
