  • Perform magnetic particle inspection (MPI/MT) on metallic components to identify surface and near-surface discontinuities.
  • Conduct dye and liquid penetrant inspections to reveal surface-breaking defects in aircraft parts.
  • Document all inspection results clearly and accurately to support FAA and DCMA compliance and audit requirements.
  • Follow established NDT procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure consistent and reliable inspection outcomes.
  • Manage and support NDT penetrant audits, including preparation of documentation and verification of process adherence.
  • Assist in maintaining NDT records, logs, and reports in accordance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to communicate inspection findings and support corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement of inspection processes and contribute to maintaining a high level of safety and quality.

  • Proficiency in magnetic particle inspection (MPI and MT) techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting NDT penetrant audits and related compliance activities.
  • Strong understanding of FAA and DCMA compliance requirements related to aircraft inspection and documentation.
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical procedures, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with inspection of various aircraft models and components.
  • Experience in managing inspection processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, quality-focused environment.

Why Work Here?

You will join an established aviation service organization with a long history of supporting a diverse range of aircraft and engines. The work environment centers on a full-service aircraft maintenance and inspection facility with capabilities for major inspections, heavy structural repairs and modifications, and avionics upgrades. The organization supports and services multiple aircraft types, including Piaggio P180, Beech King Air B100, MU300/Beechjet, Cessna Conquest, Cessna Citation, Cessna Caravan, Twin Commander, and MU2 aircraft.
