We're looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer who wants to lead a crew, deliver top-tier installations, and build a long-term career with a company that truly values its team.If you take pride in doing quality work, enjoy mentoring others, and want better pay, great benefits, and a supportive environment, this could be the perfect next step in your HVAC career.What We Offer You:Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on your experienceExcellent Benefits:Insurance Stipend6 Paid HolidaysPaid Vacation (available after 90 days)Sick Leave (1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked)Take-home Company Vehicle + Gas CardBonuses & SpiffsProfit Sharing opportunitiesSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (consistent daytime hours)What You'll Do:Lead and supervise a crew while installing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standardsEnsure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional qualityManage job paperwork, material tracking, job costing, and on-site organizationMentor and guide other installers to maintain high performance and professional standardsDeliver installations that create happy, satisfied customersWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of residential retrofit installation experienceAt least 1 year of experience with furnaces / forced air systemsAt least 1 year of experience with A/C and refrigeration systemsEPA Type 2 CertificationValid North Carolina driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordAbility to comfortably work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladderStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of ductwork / sheet metal fabrication experience2+ years of hot water piping installation experienceExperience designing and laying out projects for new construction and remodelsBackground working on high-end custom homesAt Gore Heating & A/C, we value hard work, dedication, and the skills you bring to the team.
