I opened my agency in 2006, and today we’re a team of six dedicated professionals passionate about helping our clients protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I built my career as a claim representative and manager and also spent time in the banking industry. Ultimately, I was motivated to start my own business so I could build something meaningful in my community while helping people plan for the future.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randall Young - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.
