GreatHorseBartenderPosition Summary:The Bartender is responsible for serving members and guests food and drinkspensation:$20.00-$24.00Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident and Critical Illness insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401 (k) and RothYour Role:Maintain positive and enthusiastic interaction with members, guests, and staff.Monitor members' and guests' experiences.Take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.Serve food and alcoholic beverages to members and their guests.Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes.Confirm guest orders, including any special assistance or requests, anticipate guest needs, and offer suggestionsplete opening and closing duties including restocking items, cleaning the pool bar area, workstation, etc.Respond timely and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Provide knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixers,s including original tastes and preparation methods.Maintaining a working knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and mixed drinksEnsure charges are applied properly to members' accounts.Maintain an accurate inventory.Cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishmentsMaintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Your Skills: Experience in a restaurant/bar/country club setting is preferred.Must be outgoing and have strong customer service skills.Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.Multi-tasking abilitiesGood oral communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to take initiative and perform job functions with diligence, speed, and accuracy.Physical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
