WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:As our Customer Service Associate, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service requests, and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Your role includes outbound calls for maintenance appointments, managing leads, collecting payments, and light bookkeeping. You'll also promote service agreements, schedule equipment estimates, and tackle administrative tasks with professionalism and a calm demeanor, even when handling challenging situations.
