Job description

About Us:

  • Developmental Pathways is dedicated to providing high-quality autism services and improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview:

  • As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress.
  • We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
  • Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Competitive salary:

  • Full-time: $80,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience and availability) Part-time: Starting at $50/hr Expected full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible for part-time) Location: Antelope Valley Region Why Developmental Pathways?
