Requirements Must be ABEM because they do need to work at the Main FSED low volume currently 10-19 Position specific questions · Reason for the need? New start · Duration of need? Unknown · What’s the schedule? On-site call coverage weekends nights – Single MD 24 hrs/7 days a week o Are there specific dates needed? o If call is involved what is call volume? How often do they get called back on-site? o Call/Rotation schedule? · Will they take an APP or SFA when applicable? No · Who should be the timesheet approver each week? Scheduler Krystal Stewart · What are expectations for orientation? ie shadow day? EMR training? Orientation at Englewood Main to include EMR Shadow Day at the FSED Candidate Parameters · Any specific fellowships/ certifications/ procedures/ competencies we are looking for? · Experience level? Credentialing questions: · Will emergency privileges be an option? Unknown possible · Are case logs needed? If so what are the requirements? o FM/IM accepted if: Non-Emergency Medicine Trained Providers Family Practice Internal Medicine General Surgery. Required current experience: Documentation of an active practice in an Emergency Depart 70 of practice time reflective of the scope of privilege requested in the past 24 months in a facility with ER volume equal to or exceeding 10000 patient visits annually. Most recent 2 years of Case Logs Specialty Specific Questions: EM · What are the shift times? Day 7a-7p Night 7p-7a · Is call involved? No
