Customer Service Representative

Job Summary (List Format):

- Provide customer service to taxpayers at the SRO TIA office
- Assist with tax filing, taxpayer education, refund and billing issues/disputes
- Research and resolve taxpayer account issues across four tax types
- Deliver support through live chat, walk-ins, correspondence, calls, and email
- Ensure compliance with State of Arizona tax policies and procedures
- Utilize basic office and computer skills
- Work a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (Monday Friday, 8am 5pm)
- Must be local and available for in-person interviews and quick start
- Strong customer service background required
- Previous customer service or tax-related experience preferred
